Juli grew up splitting time between Montana and Colorado, with fond memories of summers spent barrel racing and riding along the Yellowstone (she lived the Annie Oakely life!) She cut her teeth in customer service for 9 years at Nordstrom, ending up as the Cosmetic Department manager before being licensed in 1990.
In 30+ years of real estate, Juli has done it all: coach and mentor to new agents, investor, and even managed a 90-unit condominium project where she uncovered a passion for the details of paperwork. She puts that passion to use daily, helping make sure that all of KamaHomes’ i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. She’s the queen of paperwork and keeps the rest of the team out of “paperwork jail” with the state! Juli is part of that behind-the-scenes magic that keeps the exceptional results rolling for our ambassadors.
While not sleuthing permits, uncovering HOA docs, or helping with disclosures, you’ll find Juli with her faithful flock: Gus the King Charles Spaniel and Dusty her 20-year-old gelding (she was in the barn when he was born)…oh yeah, don’t forget Michael, her best friend and soulmate for 30 years. With 3 grandsons (she’s their “Yaya”, a daughter who lived the horse life with her all across the NW, travel, sporting events, and just hanging out at the lake, Juli is constantly on the move but never too busy to help!
