When All is Said and Done, Operations is a pretty broad term. K’s range of responsibilities fully reflects that breadth. He designs and implements training programs and internal systems, handles listing publishing and maintenance, manages client relationships, and maintains records, all key to keeping the business moving and protecting our clients’ Money Money Money. It’s a lot of work, but he knows The Name of the Game is dedication. Knowing Me, Knowing You, he focuses on building trust with every client.
In joining Kama Homes Realty Group, K made the leap from commercial to residential real estate. He is an Oregon Licensed Real Estate Broker and has extensive experience with commercial property development, leasing, and real estate investment across Oregon and Washington. The Super Trouper that he is, he maintains a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory environments. This new chapter means he gets to help people achieve what they’ve been hoping for, and he’s ready to say Take a Chance on Me. He sees every client’s goal as a Waterloo he is committed to helping them conquer.
Originally hailing from Southwest Virginia, K woke up one day and said “I Have a Dream of being surrounded by the big, ancient trees, eventually leading him to Portland. He, his car Elaine, and his bike Fernando are The Visitors all over the PNW. You may run into him foraging on the coast, in a café making maps, on the lakeshore deep in the pages of extremely dry nonfiction, or dancing to Mamma Mia downtown.
K is delighted to be part of a community-oriented company and to have a job where reading a bunch of architecture books growing up may come in handy. It all makes him feel like a Dancing Queen!
